New Stamp of The Month Club

I have some exciting news!  Starting this month I will be holding a Stamp Of The Month Club (SOTMC).
Here is how it works, I'll choose a current Stampin' Up! stamp set and then make 3 cards and/or paper crafts using the chosen set.  I'll post the set I'm using and the 3 paper items I've made so you can see.  Then it's up to you to sign up for the club by clicking on the Pay Pal button below.  Participants in the SOTMC receive that month's stamp set (wooden or clear, your choice) and you will make the same items I've shown you.  I'll even throw in some chocolate!  Think of it - chocolate, your own stamp set to take home, and 3 handmade projects to help you get some use out of your new stamp.  Did I mention the club meets at my home?   You won't even need to clean!  Just sign up (get a friend to sign up too) and come enjoy some fantastic craft time.

But what if you already have the set I've chosen or it's just not your cup of tea, err I mean coffee?  No problem!  You can replace the chosen set with product of equal or lesser value by clicking on option 2 in the paypal cart.    I'll contact you to get your product ordered so it's here in time for the class.  If you decide to order different product, please make sure your product selection (before tax and S/H), does not exceed $13.95.

So, the chosen stamp this month is........Perfect Blend.  It's a great little 3 piece stamp set.  I've made 2 cards and an adorable little treat holder with it.  I must say, it's "Perfect" for those coffee lovers in your life.

I sure hope I've enticed you!  I'll get onto listing  the details below.

It Is Well With My Soul

The Hymn Scripture Challenge for January 27th was "It Is Well With My Soul."  Head over to Patter's Blog to check out the story behind the hymn and her devotion.  I am thankful that no matter what circumstances we find ourselves in, we can say "It Is Well With My Soul" because Jesus answered our ultimate need.  I can lose my health and wealth, but if  I am a believer in the living God I can not lose my salvation.  Circumstances are but for a season.  Eternally I am secure.  Praise Jesus!   I chose Proverbs 3:5 to go with this hymn because I can trust that the Lord will provide and guide with my greatest good at heart and for His Glory. Resting on this truly makes it well with my soul.

Lift High The Cross

Here is my finished product for the first  2013 Hymn Challenge that Patter Cross hosts.  Click on her name to check it out and do the challenge as well.  The name of the hymn this week was "Lift High The Cross."  It was convicting to meditate on this over the weekend and into the week.  It's an overwhelming concept to me still to this day what Jesus did on the cross for me.  It is a gift that forever changed my life.  It's a gift that excites my soul inside.  Yet, there are times, days, weeks that I am really not proclaiming that gift.  Do I share what Christ has done for me and in me out loud?  Not near enough!  It is my daily desire to proclaim His goodness and "Lift High The Cross."  So here is a little tangible item to remind me to do exactly that.
